OPERATIONS ELEVATION: Meeting Management: Make the Most of Less Time

How many times have we thought, "this meeting should have been an email!" In today's work environment, we often feel like "death by meeting" is occurring on a daily basis. Those leading meetings need to work on making the most of their time with fellow teammates to ensure that meetings are effective, have purpose, and result in actionable items to takeaway to accomplish before the next meeting.
